The following is a list of services we provide to all of our homeowner and condominium association clients:
• Attend all Board and Membership meetings
• Maintain administrative records and files
• Prepare and distribute documents as necessary
• Provide regular inspections of your community
• Implement policies established by the association in accordance with the association
documents and Florida State Law
• Enforce the established written Rules and Regulations at the direction of the Board
• Assist the Board of Directors with establishing and implementing the annual budget
• Carry out financial responsibilities and reporting in accordance with generally
accepted accounting principles and provide bookkeeping services. Tax returns and audits are arranged through
a local C.P.A.
• Oversee the maintenance of the association's property and obtain bids as required
