The following is a list of services we provide to all of our homeowner and condominium association clients:

  Attend all Board and Membership meetings
  Maintain administrative records and files
  Prepare and distribute documents as necessary
  Provide regular inspections of your community
  Implement policies established by the association in accordance with the association documents and Florida State Law
  Enforce the established written Rules and Regulations at the direction of the Board
  Assist the Board of Directors with establishing and implementing the annual budget
  Carry out financial responsibilities and reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and provide bookkeeping services. Tax returns and audits are arranged through a local C.P.A.
  Oversee the maintenance of the association's property and obtain bids as required
